This is not your ordinary log cabin. Here's a rare chance to experience luxury log home living. Each of our four guest rooms in the main Lodge is decorated with a unique theme and many handcrafted details. These rooms feature a private bath, distinctive log walls, comfortable beddings, great views, and at least one resident Teddy bear.
With 4000 square feet of living space and 86 private acres, you'll never feel crowded or forgotten at the Moose Meadow Lodge. Providing personalized but relaxed service to our guests is a high priority, so don't be surprised if it feels as if you're in your home away from home. Please note that the Lodge will be available only as a vacation rental for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays.
Antique hand-woven fishing baskets (creels), fly rods and other angler-related items adorn the Creel Room with its king size bed, large pillows, and twig night tables. The ensuite bathroom is a work of art. It features a spacious custom-built steam room & shower for two, a rustic handcrafted counter with marble sink, and a mural with lodge elements painted by Vermont artist Dotty Kyle. A private deck provides great views of the trails and woods.
Decorated with antique sleds, the Sled Room is a corner room that is popular with wedding couples. It features a king bed, lodge wool comforter, handmade twig tables, and a cathedral ceiling lined with tongue-and-groove cedar. The ensuite bathroom made with Italian tile features a two-person steam room & shower with radiant floor heating. A private deck provides great views of the trails and woods.
The Duck Room is like a cabin within a cabin. The sliding door leads to a private screened-in porch, perfect for quiet reading or late night wine & cheese. Duck decoys, duck calls, duck photos, and other duck stuff. You'll find them all in the cozy Duck Room which features a king size bed, wood floors, oriental rug, tongue-and-groove cedar walls, and exposed beams. The private bathroom features a one-of-a-kind petrified wood sink, custom hand crafted maple and birch vanity, and a tub/shower.
Wake up each morning to the spectacular views of Hunger Mountain and the Worcester Range. The Mountain View Room features a queen bed, cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and magnificent views. The private bathroom features a one-of-a-kind petrified wood sink, custom hand crafted maple and birch vanity, and a spa-like shower. A full-size futon sofabed is available for a third person or 2 small children. Additional $25 per night per person for the 3rd and 4th person. Children 5 & under are free.
