Our Bed & Breakfast Pancake Mix is easy to make and customize to your liking. It's perfect when served with syrup from Moose Meadow's sugar maple trees. Willie recently added the Tempura Mix. Both products contain American sweet rice flour and gluten-free oats. It's vegan, too. Free of gluten, wheat, soy or nuts
